Updated: Oct 13, 2018
Working people were rarely the subject of Renaissance masterpieces. Work and hard labor were not found beautiful enough.
Luckily modern artists show more interest in regular people, their lives and activities.
Photographer Freddy Fabris made a series of pictures featuring auto mechanics. and their place of work. He tried to attract attention to beauty of people, passionate about their profession, doing important work in the society, but mostly invisible in the day to day life.
He recreated several very famous masterpieces by old Renaissance pieces.
